Bending and Welding

Our company is an expert in the bending and welding of materials. We bend and alter the profile of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. This production process is partly-automated or mechanised and is carried out by means of CNC bending machinery and/or welding equipment – with or without the use of robotic technology.

Bending

The Dynobend CB60 bending/rolling combo is the ideal machine for a combination of bending (small radii) and rolling (large radii) tasks. This machine clearly offers more options when it comes to processing a wide range of diameters (up to a maximum of app. 63.5 x 4 mm). 

Welding

We weld carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. This process can be robotised, automated or manual with the aid of welding positioners. The welding processes we apply are pulse TIG, orbital TIG, pulse MIG, projection welding and CMT welding. Our CMT/TIG welding is carried out by a robotised system with two interchangeable benches and can be applied to all welding processes. Naturally, we also weld by hand in a process that demonstrates the skill of the welder.
